About MelodyLane
MelodyLane sells apparel and merchandise, including general apparel and group trip apparel. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful.
Because our products are printed after an order is placed, customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before checkout.
Product Categories
MelodyLane offers two main types of products:
General Apparel & Merchandise
General apparel and merchandise include items available in our regular shop that are not made for a specific trip, group, or event.
Group Trip Apparel
Group trip apparel is merchandise created specifically for a particular trip, group, destination, or event. Each group trip collection may include similar product types, but the design is customized for that specific trip or group.
Because group trip apparel is printed specifically for each trip, these items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a production or fulfillment issue.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Product selection
- Size, color, and quantity
- Billing information
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. MelodyLane is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, or violation of these Terms.
Made-to-Order Products
Most MelodyLane products are made to order. This means products are printed specifically after your order is placed.
Because of this, production may begin shortly after checkout, and order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@melodylane.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed on our website and may change at any time without notice.
Shipping fees, taxes, customs fees, duties, or other charges may be added at checkout or charged by your local customs office upon delivery, depending on your location.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
Shipping & Delivery
MelodyLane ships worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Because products are made to order, the estimated delivery time includes both fulfillment time and shipping time. Most products are fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days, but production and delivery may take longer due to order volume, product availability, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, failed delivery attempts, or other issues outside of our control.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on the products ordered, packaging requirements, or fulfillment locations.

International Orders
We ship internationally where available.
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are not controlled by MelodyLane and are the customer’s responsibility.
Because many of our products ship from the United States, international customers may be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy depends on the product type.
General Apparel
General apparel may be returned for store credit only if it is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
Returns must be requested within [insert return window, such as 14 or 30 days] of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Group Trip Apparel
Group trip apparel is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for store credit because each item is printed specifically for a particular trip, group, destination, or event.
This includes returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, trip changes, trip cancellations, or personalized trip-specific designs.
The only exception is if an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a production or fulfillment issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at hello@melodylane.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the problem
If the issue was caused during production or fulfillment, you may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
MelodyLane reserves the right to review each claim before approving a replacement or refund.
Sizing & Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, size guides, colors, and images.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, product availability, printing methods, garment materials, or production differences.
Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and product details before ordering. We are not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size unless the item received is different from what was ordered.
Trip Apparel Disclaimer
Group trip apparel is designed as merchandise for specific trips, groups, destinations, or events.
Purchasing group trip apparel does not confirm or include trip registration, travel arrangements, event admission, transportation, lodging, or any other travel-related service unless clearly stated separately.
MelodyLane is not responsible for trip cancellations, itinerary changes, travel delays, or changes made by trip organizers.
Promotional Codes & Discounts
From time to time, MelodyLane may offer promotional codes, discounts, or special offers.
Promotions may be limited by date, product type, collection, or availability. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any promotion at any time.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All content on the MelodyLane website, including logos, designs, graphics, images, product names, text, and branding, belongs to MelodyLane or its respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.
Group trip designs, destination graphics, and custom merchandise artwork may not be copied or reused without approval.
User Content
If you tag MelodyLane, submit photos, share reviews, or send us content related to your order, you give MelodyLane permission to use that content for marketing, social media, website, or promotional purposes unless you tell us otherwise.
We may edit or crop content for formatting, but we will not intentionally misrepresent your words or images.

Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
You may not:
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation
- Use the website for fraudulent activity
- Copy or misuse our designs or content
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to access restricted areas of the website
We reserve the right to restrict or cancel access to our website or services if we believe these Terms have been violated.
Third-Party Services
MelodyLane may use third-party services to operate our website, process payments, fulfill orders, ship products, or provide customer support.

Our maximum responsibility for any order-related issue will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved in the claim.
